Summation of testimony May 27, 2022

Case # CR28-22-2272

The molested testimony on above referenced case, which was my testimony, is missing the following information:

• Moscow murders

  • Names of the people planning it. 

    • Kootenai County Sheriff's Office employees

  • Names obtained from information requests.

    • Matt Armstrong

    • Brad Ward

  • Third name on my Shoshone County call log, I found his dog in Calder ID.

  • Date of murders

  • Address or residence

  • 3 female victims, 1 male

  • 2 females would be in a questionable relationship because it caused more of a media scandal.

  • 2 females ties to LCHS and

  • Girls would be in old sorority of Judge Walsh, Monica Cowan, Emily Callahan: 

  • 1 or 2 victims have ties to Hills Resort because of previous mob activity there.

    • (My arrest by Geoff Rusho)

  • One living on Ramsey Road because of old meth dealer location.

  • Name sounds like Gone Calves.

  • One of the females on Ramsey Rd. aware of sex trafficking at neighbor’s house down the road.

• Kyle Fritz and Lt. Ashby stalking Bowman (Juvenile)

  • Fritz stalking Juvenile Bowman, Hunter Jones and me

  • Location of stop

  • Ashby manufacturing excuse for Fritz

• My Bitcoin coin account

  • Value $1.1 billion: (17,000 BTC at $65,000)

    • Coinbase holds $25 billion

    • Coinbase only has 9,500 BTC

  • I would soon withdraw $2 million to start corporations to compete with criminal companies.

    • The $2 million would be flagged by STCU as fraud 

• Murder of Misty Phelps 

  • Ashley S**** noted in the police report that I interviewed her about Misty Phelps premeditated murder before it happened 

  • KSO Deputy [name withheld] picked her up at CDA Casino cuffed her feet together, and r**** her, bruising her legs (Stienbach told past KCSO Deputes)

    • Our past and current "Law and Order" sheriff Bob Norris wont fire him.

    • Prosecutors McHugh, Scott, and Johnson also aware of above facts.

  • Recovery diver broke protocol by taking over 2 weeks to file report

    • Claimed reason was he needed counseling because of trauma

      • No proof of insurance claim for ever receiving counseling

  • I explained that she was the KCSO prostitute

• Conversation with Norris about Asher and O’Neil abusing their positions of authority (in front of Cptn Lee Brainerd, Cptn Jason Mealer and Commissioner Cris Fillios: 4/15/2020 @ LePeep CDA)

  • I talked about Otto Davis being an ex-drug runner for Cannabis Kid

    • He's a little bit of a delinquent so he’s always “the victim”

    • He would naturally assume that there's a scam going on somewhere because it's his mentality. 

    • I explained that the criminal stalking me was Kayla Asher at which point Bob Norris interjected and said that he's going to promote her.

    • I explained that the officer on duty would be deputy “d******” O'Neill and the complainant would be Otto Davis.

    • Otto had made friends with judge Stowe but judge Stowe is a criminal judge

      • I used the slogan “Judge Stowe must go”, so Norris would remember the conversation

      • Judge Stowe is known for giving legal advice to his friends and then hearing those cases

      • He sides in favor of the party that he gave the legal advice to

      • He’s moved the standard a civil protection order to “keep things civil”

        • This part of the missing testimony has been witnessed by ISP Officer Scott Kennedy

  • The mob tracks delinquents to promote into positions of authority because they're easily manipulated.
